What a great weekend! Took Friday off and started working on the barn again in the sunny fall weather. Got some nit picky things done, and then on Saturday went in to Seattle to have a nice day in the city. Helped Bob with some tree removal in the AM, then went to the PNW [...]

Last year was pretty much the pits, so I’m going to start fresh. So far, living at Bearwoods has gotten pretty routine. New batteries and LED lights let me enjoy the trailer life a bit more. A new charge cable for the truck lets me charge the trailer batteries when the sun can’t do it. [...]

Today was productive, finished up some minor corrections on the first floor walls, then squared the building and finally put the second floor joists and floor sheathing on. Woohoo! Looks great and standing up there is amazing. Tomorrow is more walls and a temp roof for the rain that is supposed to fall on Thursday…
